ABOUT BEATY RENTALS The owner of Beaty Rentals is J. Scott Beaty. Scott grew up in Little Falls and started his apartment rental business in 1985 when he purchased a 3-plex in NE Little Falls. Since that time he has purchased or built 8 more apartment buildings and two garage/storage buildings in the city of Little Falls, MN. Scott's philosopy is to provide clean, well maintained rental units with services that meets the needs of his tenants. What he asks back from his tenants is to treat their apartment and building like it was their own, pay the rent on time, be courteous to the neighbors and neighborhood, and be honest with the management and owner. In total Beaty Rentals has 42 apartment rental units and 28 garage/storage units. Because of the number of units available there is usually some availability of units.
